2.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 No Show: No refunds will be provided for clients who do not attend the course without prior notice.
3. Cancellation by the Company
3.1 Course Cancellation: Verity Software Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
3.2 Refund Options: In the event of a course cancellation by Verity Software Pvt Ltd, clients will be offered the option to reschedule for a future course or receive a full refund.
4. Transfer of Enrollment
4.1 Transfer Request: Clients may request to transfer their enrollment to another course or another participant by providing written notice to Verity Software Pvt Ltd at least 3 days before the original course start date.

5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical Emergencies: In cases of medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen circumstances, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund at the discretion of Verity Software Pvt Ltd. Supporting documentation may be required.
5.2 Force Majeure: No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond the control of Verity Software Pvt Ltd, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
