Course Description:

During the two-day program, students will gain the skills and knowledge required to advance as successful Scrum Masters. We’ll cover topics such as how the values and principles of Scrum can guide decision-making and how to create an environment conducive to agility. As a Scrum Master, you must be able to recognize the most appropriate stance needed depending on the team’s circumstances.

Our role is to educate other organizational stakeholders about Agile and Scrum benefits. To succeed, you need pertinent information extensively discussed by the Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) throughout the class. The PST will also provide exercises, stories, facilitation techniques, resources, and more. Moreover, there’s time for coaching on topical challenges you or your classmates may face today or encounter later.

The Professional Scrum Master II course is for anyone involved in software development using the Scrum Framework. Scrum Guide does not specifically calls out management or management roles within Scrum. But management is needed for an organization. So how is management handled with Scrum?

Scrum does not solve your problems, it only makes visible the current efficacy of your system. How do we ensure successful product delivery when the current system is inefficient? And what do we really mean by successful product delivery?

  • How can Scrum Masters help Product Owners to deliver successful products.
